Letter of Opinion

Our agency aims to support owners who have purchased commercial property under a self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF).

  • For properties owned under self-managed suppuration funds, accountants often require a Letter of Opinion or the alike at a given date.
  • It is important to check with your account, what name and date is needed on the letter.
  • Upon completion, a tax invoice shall be issued for payment followed by your letter.
  • Where possible, please email any strata plans, surveys, leases, and if available, the last letters of opinion created, regardless if conducted by our agency or not.
  • We aim to complete the Letter of Opinion as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 10 days during busy periods.
