Letter of Opinion

Our agency aims to support owners who have purchased commercial property under a self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF).

For properties owned under self-managed suppuration funds, accountants often require a Letter of Opinion or the alike at a given date.
It is important to check with your account, what name and date is needed on the letter.
Upon completion, a tax invoice shall be issued for payment followed by your letter.
Where possible, please email any strata plans, surveys, leases, and if available, the last letters of opinion created, regardless if conducted by our agency or not.
We aim to complete the Letter of Opinion as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 10 days during busy periods.
